Harsh Mander is a social worker and a writer. He was the member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He resigned in 2002 after the Gujarat riots. He was honored with the M. A. Thomas National Human Rights Award from the Vigil India Movement in 2002. I have the keen desire to work with him someday. He often writes for The Hindu and here is a collection of his writings that i've always wanted to retain.
